Hello Friend 👋
This year taught me some powerful lessons that reshaped how I approach work and life.

1️⃣ Trade Constant Input for Output
You already know enough. Stop chasing the latest tools, trends, or "hacks." They’re distractions. The real progress happens when you stop consuming and start doing.
2️⃣ Think for Yourself First
Before asking ChatGPT (or anyone else), sit with the problem. In my bachelor thesis and even LinkedIn posts, the biggest breakthroughs came when I took the time to reflect—while walking, meditating, or journaling.
3️⃣ Sleep, Move, Meditate
When you feel stuck or overwhelmed, there’s no magic formula. Just sleep well, get moving, or take a moment to meditate. It’s simple, but it works every time.
4️⃣ Keep It Simple
Overcomplicating? Ask yourself: “How can I make this easier?” Forget the fancy tools or strategies. Start small, take action, and tweak based on real feedback. The simplest path often leads to the best results.
5️⃣ Create, Get Feedback, Adjust
This one was a game-changer. Whether it’s a social media post or a landing page, stop perfecting in isolation. Publish, gather feedback, and adjust. Most things improve after one iteration—beyond that, you risk making them worse.
These lessons are a letter to my future self. If I stick to just these five in 2025, I’ll be a happier, more productive person.
What about you? What’s the biggest thing you’ve learned this year?
Have a great week,
Lukas 😊
