👋 Hello, I'm Lukas. This is my now page.
My home base is in Zurich, Switzerland. I love the warmth, which is why I often travel south. I lead a stable life but enjoy getting out of my comfort zone. My 3 areas of life are currently divided into work, health, and relationships.
🫁 Health: I love automating tasks to free up more capacity for the important things in life. I aim to sleep 8 hours a night. I currently follow Bryan Johnson's Blueprint Protocol. I do strength training 5 times a week for 30 minutes after I get up.
🤓 Work: I'm working on building my online coaching business. I'm currently focusing on three areas: Marketing (Instagram + Blog) Online video course on procrastination. Founding the largest productivity community in German-speaking countries.
🥰 Relationships: I meet up with friends at least twice a week. My evenings are usually reserved for phone calls with friends or family. I don't think I'm the average of the five people I spend the most time with. Just as my friends enrich me, I try to influence them positively.
I am interested in collaboration because I want to share my knowledge and I gain a lot from face-to-face conversations. However, I make sure that I dedicate 90% of my time to my priorities, so I will consider every request but may have to turn down many of them.
Inspired by Derek Sivers, this page serves as a personal reminder and public statement that balances the goal-oriented approach of my Impossible List.

#5. I started this Blog, Newsletter, and Podcast in July 2022. 🔙
#6. I publish a weekly Email Newsletter every Sunday (sometimes on Monday, or Tuesday 🦥). I share Actionable Advice on how to live a happier & healthier life.
#7. I spend most of my money (> 25,000 USD) on online courses. Ship-30-for-30, The Highlight Course - Make Time, the Resilience Course from Dr. Jutta Heller, and Peak Performance Program by Erik Partaker are just some of them.
#8. I want to become a professional Rejuvenation Athlete. That's why I'm currently integrating Bryan Johnson's Blueprint Protocol into my life. Successfully integrated routines: Oral hygiene, supplements/diet. My current focus: sleep and routine measurements.
